Over the course of two one-hour coaching sessions, we will:

Whether you’ve just completed the Organizational Scan Sessions or already know you’re ready for more hands-on support, these mapping sessions are a space to pause and realign. Together, we’ll go beyond surface-level fixes to co-create lasting shifts in your workflows, team dynamics, and organizational design.

Each session is one hour, held 1:1 via Zoom.
